Élodie & Gaëtan, passionate about restoring buildings steeped in history, welcome you to this area including a park, a 17th century castle and 3 outbuildings, located in the town of Vignau in the Landes (40). This castle restoration project is a dream, a life of projects that animates this couple. Today, it seems natural and even essential to them to share their passion and help you discover this place of elegance.
The castle is located in the Landes department which turns out to be a marvelous space; nature is still intact there, the old buildings preserved, restored and it is good to live and eat !
Located 1 hour 30 minutes from Bordeaux, 45 minutes from Pau and 2 hours from the Spanish border, the town of Vignau is easily accessible by motorway, train or plane. Mont de Marsan station is 20 km away. The first beach on the Atlantic coast as well as the chain of the Pyrenees are at 1h15 from the domain.
Unusual place to come and visit, to rest or prepare your ceremonies and celebrations in a completely rehabilitated area where the preserved building reveals the techniques of ancestral constructions (seen stones, bread oven and exposed frames ...). The front of the castle will allow you to organize your photoshoots, cocktails, wine reception or Secular ceremony. The back of the chateau will be a refined place for your brunch by the water. You can also organize your seminars there in a spacious, flexible and calm environment. Your tourist stays will be filled with wonders to discover in the 16 hectare park (wash house, ponds, animals ...) but also sports or relaxation moments with a footpath, access to the swimming pool and the pétanque court.

The Château Le Vignau estate offers you various places, with different perspectives such as secure and private outdoor spaces, an idyllic area by the pool, a rotunda in front of the castle and a covered area.
Within a 270m² outbuilding, our ceremony hall will accommodate up to 170 people seated.

The Domaine du Vignau welcomes you in a sumptuous fully restored group lodge with a sleeping capacity of 15 people.
This 320m² space located in the rehabilitated outbuildings at the rear of the castle is a place full of history which will make you dream both in the construction techniques and in its rustic decoration.

Opening the doors of the castle, bringing it to life, telling its story, discovering its wonders, these are the challenges we want to take up.
